Japanese Matcha Genmaicha Loose Leaf Tea

This tasty delight is an adaptation on the classic Genmaicha, adding tea ceremony grade Matcha with quality Bancha (type of Japanese green tea).

While the first steep will infuse most of the Matcha powder, each infusion will have an added natural sweetness to the rich nutty flavor of the Genmaicha.

This is a multiple infusion tea, meaning you can steep the tea multiple times in one sitting. See the instructions below.

Infusion process:
1 tsp / 4 oz water
195 (medium bubbles)
- 1st infusion 0:30-1:00
- 2nd infusion 0:10
- 3rd infusion 0:30-1:00
